PUTRAJAYA: The Datuk businessman who is being investigated in the RM1.18bil Ijok land deal had returned home from Bangkok after he heard that anti-graft officers were looking for him, says his lawyer Amrit Pal Singh.
The 53-year-old company director left his family in Bangkok and informed Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers of his return and his arrival time at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
