KOTA BARU: Rubber tapper Cha Woon Fui was sentenced to 20 years’ jail for causing the deaths of his foster parents by planting a bomb in their motorcycle three years ago.
High Court Judicial commissioner Ahmad Bache ticked off the 29-year-old for biting the hands of those who had fed him.
