Selangor police to target second-hand stores

SHAH ALAM: Selangor police are going to hit robbers and thieves where it hurts by targeting second hand-goods stores. 

State police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said these stores were the biggest buyers of the stolen goods from criminals.
