KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will hear a bid by Malaysiakini to strike out Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's defamation suit against it.
Speaking to reporters after the hearing in chambers, Najib's lawyer Nor Hazira Abu Haiyan said the application would be heard on Nov 20 before High Court Judge Kamaludin Md Said.
