PETALING JAYA: A bankruptcy notice has been served on PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli (pic) over his failure to settle RM306,999.17 in damages and costs related to a defamation suit involving the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC).
The notice, which appeared in a local Malay daily, stated that NFC and its executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail had obtained a bankruptcy notice against Rafizi at the Shah Alam High Court.
