KUALA LUMPUR: The group of youths is described as loud, crude and rude.

From revving motorcycles to laughing loudly until the wee hours of the morning, the youngsters – numbering between 10 and 20 – would loiter around Kampung Datuk Keramat and engage in unhealthy activities, according to people from the neighbourhood.
