GEORGE TOWN: Several Malay non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have lodged a police report against a Facebook user for allegedly insulting the Malays on social media.
National Malay Students Federation information chief Azdy Mohd Arshad said a Facebook user posted the insulting comment on the Penang My Hometown Facebook page.
