PETALING JAYA: Content service providers are lauding the Government’s move to put a stop to piracy.
In its efforts to curb the illegal distribution and possession of illegal set-top boxes, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has initiated legal proceedings against three individuals who have been charged at the Sessions Court in Johor Baru with illegal possession of set-top boxes worth over RM457,000.
