Former aide of Melaka DAP rep and businessman claim trial to cheating, CBT

MELAKA: A former aide of a state DAP assemblyman and a businessman claimed trial to charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust (CBT) over a botched land deal in Kelantan amounting to almost RM2mil.  

The accused Wong Chi Sing, 54, and Mohd Haffiz Mohd Rasdib, 32, pleaded not guilty to the charges before Sessions Court Judge Norma Ismail on Friday.
