Cops investigating death of Bangladeshi man


KUALA LUMPUR: Police are investigating the death of a Bangladeshi man following a fight off Jalan Imbi here.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Sukri Kaman said police received information about the fight at Jalan Walter Grenier at around 9.30am on Sunday.

ACP Mohd Sukri said that when police arrived, the victim had already been taken to Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) by an ambulance.

He added that checks with HKL found that the victim had died.

ACP Mohd Sukri said the victim was a 28-year-old Bangladeshi national.

He said the cause of death and the motive for the incident are being investigated.
