Bomba rescues girl who climbed up school water tower

IPOH: A Form Four student climbed 18m up a water tank tower at her school in Bagan Serai, about 90km from here and threatened to jump off.

A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said firemen who arrived at SMK Abu Bakar Al-Baqir after receiving a distress call at 10.55am, found the girl climbing along the railing of the water tank, about 18m off the ground.
