KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court Judicial Commissioner has recused himself from hearing Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s suit as he was a deputy minister before being appointed to the Bench.
Anwar’s lawyer N. Surendran told reporters this after meeting JC Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh in chambers.
