KUALA LUMPUR: When diagnosed with Hepatitis C, a retired construction worker felt life was like waiting for death because he just could not afford the exorbitant cost of treatment.
The 63-year-old said he only found out that he had Hepatitis C when he wanted to donate blood in 2006.
