Police probe scuffle between Pribumi and Umno members


PETALING JAYA: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia Youth and Umno Youth are accusing each other of being "samseng" (thugs) after a scuffle broke out between the two groups near the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) on Tuesday afternoon.

The Pribumi Youth wing delegation was en route from Sunway Putra Mall to PWTC at 2.30pm to deliver an invitation letter to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to attend the "Nothing to Hide 2.0" forum featuring Pribumi chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad when they were allegedly confronted by Umno Youth members.
