GEORGE TOWN: Police have been urged to conduct a thorough investigation on the Penang government’s proposed undersea tunnel after the project was claimed to be awarded to an “undercapitalised” company.

Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM) views the claim by the Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications (BNSC) team as a serious one and says the state should show it did not break procurement guidelines when it awarded the project to the company.
