MACC obtains remand order for company director

GEORGE TOWN: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has obtained a four-day remand order against a managing director of a property development company and a sales and marketing head of a subsidiary company to allow investigations into an alleged corruption case.

Deputy registrar Ahmad Tajudin Zain granted the remand order against the 47-year-old director, who is a Datuk, and the 39-year-old woman, starting Friday.
