Grab driver accused of rape remanded for six days


Under arrest: Canadian police have arrested two men and are seeking two others for exporting controlled goods and technologies intended for space satellite use to China in violation of export and defense laws.

SERDANG: A driver working for popular ride-hailing company Grab who was accused of raping a female passenger has been remanded for six days beginning Monday.

Earlier, Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Megat Mohamad Aminudin Megat Alias said police had received a report from a 29-year-old woman who claimed that she had been raped by a Grab driver on her way home at 4am on Sunday.
