MACC officer arrested for allegedly demanding bribe from cop

BUKIT MERTAJAM: A 38-year-old Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) assistant superintendent has been remanded for three days until Monday for allegedly demanding a bribe from a policeman.

The suspect, attached to the Intelligence Unit (North Zone) at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya, was arrested at 10.20pm Friday.
