Kelantan speaker declares Nenggiri seat vacant

KOTA BARU: Kelantan state assembly speaker Datuk Abdullah Ya'kub has declared the Nenggiri seat vacant as Barisan Nasional assemblyman Datuk Mat Yusoff Abd Ghani has been declared a bankrupt.

Abdullah said the assembly received a letter from the Selangor Insolvensi Department dated May 28, affirming that Mat Yusoff was declared a bankrupt effective Nov 9 last year.
