KUALA LUMPUR: The public can complain to the Health Ministry if they come across fake products promoted on social media that jeopardise people’s health, says deputy Health director-general Datuk Dr S. Jeyaindran.
If drugs are used in slimming products, for instance, complaints can be lodged with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency and if it involved a doctor, it could be reported to the Medical Practice Division or the Malaysian Medical Council, he said.
