GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has referred complaints against former councillor Noor Syazwani Md Amin to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
In a statement Tuesday, MBPP said the state executive council decided to cancel her appointment as councillor.
