PETALING JAYA: Road Transport Department (JPJ) officers have visited nearly 40 schools nationwide this week but their purpose is not to issue summonses. Instead, they are there to advise teenage motorcyclists on the importance of adhering to the law.
A check by The Star on one of the schools in Shah Alam yesterday found JPJ officers handing out pamphlets from driving schools during recess.
