PETALING JAYA:  Ibrahim Mat Zin - better known as  Raja Bomoh Sedunia - has failed to show up at the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) on Wednesday.

He had been summoned to give an explanation about the now-viral video of him performing a ritual on a beach.
