Man beaten up by passers-by for kissing DBKL traffic warden


A MAN who brazenly kissed an on-duty female officer of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) was beaten up by passers-by, Harian Metro reported.

The 27-year-old officer was issuing summonses for illegally parked cars in Jalan Gading, Bukit Bintang, with a colleague when the incident happened on Wednesday night.
