Bala Murugan’s family hands over memorandum over custodial death

KUALA LUMPUR: There was a little drama that ensued when the family of S. Bala Murugan showed up at Bukit Aman along with several opposition politicians in tow.

The group showed up at 11.20am on Tuesday to hand over a memorandum to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar to seek justice for Bala who had died in police custody last week.
