JOHOR BARU: Taxi drivers here want Singapore to exclude them from paying the newly introduced Reciprocal Road Charge (RRC) that will take effect next month.
They reason that if the implementation of the RRC mirrored Malaysia’s Road Charge (RC), then they should be excluded, just as Singapore taxis are exempted from paying the RC.
