KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government is against the amendments on tax exemptions on non-Muslim religious bodies eventhough the main objective of the move is to curb abuse of religious donations for personal gain.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said the state government viewed the matter seriously as it could be misconstrued as being against all churches or non-Muslim religious organisations.
