PUTRAJAYA: A former ustaz who caused the death of a seven-year-old student is now doomed to hang after the Federal Court affirmed that it was murder.
The case, which started in 2011, has repeatedly seen the charge changing between murder and manslaughter, a difference between a death or prison sentence.
