Two charged with kidnapping 'Datuk' for RM19mil ransom

The two accused, as well as two other accomplices, were charged on Friday.

KUANTAN: Two men have been charged with kidnapping a director of the Tunas Manja Group.

Low Sing Hwa, 29, and Tham Hock Ann, 36, were accused of working with three others, still at large, in the kidnapping of Datuk Chin Yoke Choon, 53, with the intention of getting a RM19mil ransom.
