PETALING JAYA: The water disruption to some 3.9 million households and businesses was insensitive and inconsiderate as it coincides with the school holidays and Christmas, MCA publicity bureau chairman Datuk Chai Kim Sen said.
Chai said the shutting of water supply would affect families preparing for Christmas or holding family reunions during the year-end holidays.
