ALOR SETAR: The four-year-old girl who was subjected to physical abuse by her mother’s boyfriend will undergo psychiatric treatment, said Kedah Health director Datuk Norhizan Ismail.
He said the girl had been placed under the care of a child psychiatrist and had responded positively since her admission to the Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital in Sungai Petani on Nov 24.
