KOTA KINABALU: A 28-year-old man was believed to have been killed by a crocodile while fishing.
Herry Long, who had gone fishing at Kg Langkon river in Sabah’s Kota Marudu district, was reported missing at about 1am yesterday by his friends.
State Fire and Rescue Department public relation officer Khatizah Rahaban said Herry’s body was found by villagers about 1km away from where he went missing, around 9.15am. Some villagers said they saw injury marks on Herry’s body but were not sure what they were.
