MALACCA: The state government has softened its stance on dog ownership at intermediate terrace houses, with Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron instructing all local councils to issue dog licences until a win-win solution is found.
Malacca, which bans residents in intermediate terrace houses from keeping dogs, has been flayed for the ruling which came about in 2013.
