KUALA LUMPUR: An unemployed man was fined RM2,500 in default of five months’ jail for causing hurt to his wife.
Magistrate Ahmad Solihin Abd Wahid meted out the sentence on Mohammad Shahrul Roshdee Mat Saad, 37, who pleaded guilty to hurting Siti Hanim Basri, 39, at their house in Flat Sri Selangor, Jalan San Peng, Dang Wangi, here at 4pm on Sunday.
