PUTRAJAYA: A police officer has been acquitted and discharged by the Court of Appeal on three counts of sexually enticing a married woman in 2014.
A three-man bench comprising Justices Mohtarudin Baki, Kamardin Hashim and Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil allowed Asst Supt Badrol Hisham Othman’s appeal to be acquitted and discharged.
