Cruel punishment: The naked boy chained up at the stairway by his father.

GEORGE TOWN: An eight-year-old boy was stripped naked and chained at the stairway of his flat block in Paya Terubong for about five hours by his father for being naughty.

He was left at the stairway for so long that he had to relieve himself there.
