KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk V.K. Lingam is applying to the High Court to set aside the decision of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board that he be struck off the lawyers' rolls of the High Courts of Malaya.
Lingam has been barred from practising law over his video clip controversy in 2007.
