Jobless man jailed for raping teenager

KOTA BARU: A jobless man, who said he had sex with a 15-year-old girl for two years because he was in love with her, was jailed for 13 years and ordered to be whipped twice by the Sessions Court here Wednesday.

Sessions judge Ahmad Bazli Bahruddin delivered the sentence on Wan Zukarman Wan Omar, 23, after the accused pleaded guilty to raping the girl in a house at Gunong, Bachok, on Oct 25, 2013, at 3.30pm.
