KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman thought he had pulled off the perfect crime when he staged his own kidnapping but was foiled while waiting in line at the bank.
The man, 26, was patiently queuing at the bank counter to collect his own ransom money of RM25,000 when the police, who had been tracking the cash showed up.
