Salleh: Set up a regional news agency

KUALA LUMPUR: A regional news agency or the Asean News Agency has been proposed in an effort to strengthen cooperation between media institutions in the region.

Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak said the proposed agency could deliver a comprehensive range of coverage from around the grouping’s 10 member countries.
