NIBONG TEBAL: Businesswoman Phang Li Koon (pic) is set to be present at the Penang police headquarters on Friday to have her statement recorded over reports made against her statutory declaration.
State police chief Comm Datuk Abdul Ghafar Rajab said police have called Phang for her statement to be recorded, and that she had agreed to assist in the investigations.
