PETALING JAYA: All three lawyers who moved a motion calling for the resignation of Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali (pic) during the recent Malaysia Bar general assembly are being investigated under the Sedition Act.
The motion was proposed by lawyers Charles Hector, Francis Pereira and Shanmugam Ramasamy.
