Chef Wan: Refrain from spicy, oily or sweet food during heatwave


JOHOR BARU: Celebrity Chef Wan advised the public to refrain from spicy, oily or sweet food and consume more plain drinking water to keep the body cool during the hot spell.

He said that people should include more vegetables and soup in their diet to reduce heat especially during hot weather.
