PETALING JAYA: A 21-year-old man who was wearing a wig and dressed in women’s clothes was found dead at an eight-storey apartment block in SS19, Subang Jaya near here.
Subang Jaya OCPD Senior Asst Comm Yahaya Ramli said police have arrested a 40-year-old African national over the incident after the victim was believed to have fallen from the third floor unit where the suspect was staying.
