PUTRAJAYA: Fifteen per cent of those taking part in the police force Trim N Fit programme are getting “demoted” – but they are happy about it.
These police officers are happy after their body mass index (BMI) was “demoted” from the “obese” category to “overweight”, with some even losing up to 8kg since the start of the programme last month.
