Jobless man pleads guilty to whipping deputy registrar with metal chain

TAIPING: A 58-year-old unemployed man pleaded guilty in a magistrate's court here for causing grievous hurt to a deputy registrar using a metal chain.

Lim Say Chuan, 58, admitted to committing the offence of whipping Raja Shahril Anuar Raja Baniamin using a metal chain.
