Johor on high alert after Jakarta attacks

JOHOR BARU:  Johor and Selangor police increased their presence at public places following the terrorist attacks in Jakarta, in line with a statement from Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar that the security alert had been raised to the highest level.

State police chief Comm Datuk Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd said all district police chiefs are to increase security at public places - shopping malls and entertainment centres located throughout the state.
