SEREMBAN: Former Universiti Selangor vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Kamarudin Kachar (pic) heads the list of 725 people receiving awards in conjunction with the 68th birthday of Negri Sembilan Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir today.
He is the sole recipient of the Darjah Seri Setia Negeri Sembilan Yang Amat Cemerlang (SSNS), which carries the title Datuk Seri.
