KUALA LUMPUR: Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (Abim) and two other NGOs have failed in their bid to stop the Government from signing the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA).
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah refused leave to the three NGOs to initiate judicial review proceedings and there was no order as to costs.
