PETALING JAYA: The video starts with a three- or four-year-old boy dressed up as a militant. He enters a room with a knife in hand and, encouraged by the cameraman, proceeds to behead a teddy bear that sits in the middle of the room.
It is just one of many Islamic State (IS) propaganda videos on the Internet that shows how the organisation is targeting children as part of its programme of brainwashing people into fighting for its cause.
